How long will I receive my order?
We work with big shipping companies such as PTT and UPS to ensure our clients receive their items without any unnecessary delays. Delivery varies depending on the shipping company.Upon the purchase order, we guarantee to choose the courier company which is the most suitable for you in terms of delivery time.Estimated shipping time is up 30 business days. We will do our absolute best to meet these estimates however, we can not always guarantee them if delays occur due to customs or shipping companies within recipients country.
When does the order get shipped?
All orders are processed within 24 hours (Packaging and customs arrangements) and gets shipped out in 3/4 business days.
Tracking Number
Once your order is shipped, you will receive your tracking details along with your shipping confirmation via e-mail within 24 hours.

Can I change my shipping address?
When you place your order, this automatically reflects on our logistics panel. If your order has not yet been shipped out, we will contact the courier company and do our very best to assist you.
However, we can not change your shipping address if your order has been sent out already.

Will I need to pay import tax for my order?
All our International orders will be shipped as DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) meaning that additional local taxes (import tax and customs) may occur and this rate will vary depending on which country the order is being placed from.
All fees after shipping (taxes and customs) are the responsibility of our customers. Our store is not responsible for these fees.
In the case of rejecting the delivery based on these fees, you will be given a refund minus shipping
I am having Delivery Complications. What should I do?
In the unlikely event of your parcel getting lost, damaged or other complications out of your control we will do our absolute best to get to the bottom of your issue!
For lost items: We will contact the courier company in question and file for a missing report. We will update you regarding the matter via e-mail step by step and do our very best to find the missing item, if not found you will be fully compensated.
For damaged items: We will need detailed pictures of the damaged item along with the packaging. They will be used to contact the courier company in question and file for a missing report. They will update us via e-mail regarding this matter and we will be in touch with you along the way.
Disclaimer: Shipping companies have different investigation and compensation procedures hence why the time frame and the outcome may vary depending on the chosen courier company.
We are not eligible to offer refunds if your item:
Went through delivery complications due to incorrect address entered or for packages that were not collected in time. Has not been received due to incorrect address entered, tried to be changed after shipping or not picked up from the post office. Received minor damages during transit. However, we are always willing to serve our respected customers in the best way possible so, if there are any complications caused by delivery, please feel free to reach us through contact page
Can I change my order?
When you place your order, it is directly linked to our logistics panel therefore processed as soon as the order is submitted. Unfortunately, there isn’t much we can do if the order has already been placed but you are welcome to reach us and request a change and if possible, we would be most obliged to assist you.
